I Struggled HARD To Get Into Shape As a Nurse

I tried many times to be fit and healthy.

I really did.

It always ended with the same old routine.

I’d start a new diet and exercise program filled with motivation…

But before long my schedule clashed with workouts…

I was too exhausted after 14-hour shifts or doing 5-night shifts a week to cook all the meals the plans demanded…

And being consistent with anything felt impossible.

Before long, I was skipping workouts…

Eating junk food and takeout…

And finding myself at the bottom of a tub of Ben and Jerry's… again.

After repeating this ugly pattern more times than I can remember — I almost gave up on my goals.

I Believed I Couldn’t Be A Nurse AND Have A Strong, Sexy Body…

But I refused to give up on myself.

So I dug deeper.

I hired expensive coaches.

And I took courses on science, nutrition, and exercise.

In the end, I invested tens of thousands of dollars…

All to find a solution.

After all my research and coaching, I gave getting into shape one last attempt.

  • I quit spending hours cooking bland food and living out of Tupperware… and swapped it all for eating, real, delicious foods I actually enjoyed.

  • I learned de-stress and coping techniques that allowed me to switch off after work… so I could relax and sleep better after my shift, and have more energy the next day.

  • I RESTED more than ever. And discovered that more rest gave me more results: including more energy, more fat loss, and more muscle and body sculpting.
